2. Description of Service
Salonya.in provides online storefronts, booking links, and subscription tools for salons, stylists, and wellness professionals. Payment processing for subscriptions is powered by Razorpay.
3. Subscription Billing & Pricing
We offer subscription plans (Starter, Signature, Studio+) billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). By subscribing, you authorize WebAnaya (via Razorpay) to charge your payment method for the agreed recurring subscription fees.
4. User Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access your dashboard. You agree to immediately notify WebAnaya of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
