"The receipt clearly shows “Hair Cut Men with Shampoo & Conditioner”, but the men never received shampoo or conditioner. Charging for services that were not provided is unacceptable. The express manicure and pedicure were extremely poorly done — careless and far below professional standards. It was a complete waste of money. High prices with low-quality service and incorrect billing is not acceptable. I would not recommend this place unless management seriously improves service quality and billing transparency."

"It was my birthday, and my wife had planned a surprise for me with spa, massage, and styling services. I got a haircut and beard set, which was up to the mark. Then I went for a hair spa, which turned out to be disappointing. Their machine had broken down, and since the entire salon had only one machine, they ended up doing it with a hot towel like we usually do at home. That really spoiled the mood, so we canceled the manicure and body massage. After that, I went for a pedicure, which was amazing. Overall, the experience was good, but I was not happy with the hair spa."
