Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Salonya subscription plans at any time directly through your dashboard Payments settlements panel. Upon cancellation, your premium storefront features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Terms

Subscription fees paid to WebAnaya for Salonya.in are generally non-refundable. If you have been mistakenly double-charged or experienced service downtime, please contact our support desk within 7 days of the charge to request a refund.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to your original source of payment within 5-7 working days as per standard banking cycles.
