"Excellent service and highly recommended! We had a wonderful experience at the salon with Vraj and Aarti. Vraj looked after me, and I had a hair Botox treatment, hair colour and haircut. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He explained the treatment thoroughly and was very careful throughout the process. I’m absolutely delighted with the results—my hair feels smoother, shinier, healthier and much easier to manage while still looking natural. Aarti did my mum’s hair colour and haircut, and she was equally fantastic. She was patient, friendly and did an excellent job. My mum is very happy with her new look. Both Vraj and Aarti were warm, welcoming and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. We truly enjoyed our experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional hair care. Thank you both for taking such great care of us! ❤️"

"I took a hair controller shampoo yesterday and no one from your staff told us how to use it, how to open and close. Due to which the lid got opened on the way and a lot of shampoo got wasted. A lot went wrong with us. And when I complained about this at your store, they put it on us that it is your fault but this thing is wrong."

"⭐️ Very disappointing experience, especially as a long-time customer. I have been a customer of Javed Habib since 2018. I currently live in Canada and was in India for only about 1.5 months on vacation when I got my hair colored in May. Within just 20 days, the color started fading, and now, after only two months, there is barely any color left. I contacted the salon, and they offered to redo it, but I had to travel 4 hours each way to Ahmedabad. With my flight coming up in a week, that simply wasn't possible. I even requested only a partial refund, not the full amount, because I respect the hairdresser's time and the products used. Despite being a customer since 2018, they offered no reasonable solution and basically ignored the issue. Poor results + poor after-service = extremely disappointing. There are plenty of salons in Ahmedabad, so I would seriously think twice before spending your money here. A salon's responsibility shouldn't end once they take your payment."

"I was here for manu-pedi treatment. I have bought the service from nearby and was oky with whatever service they are willing to provide. I was shockrd to see the hygiene of the place where was taking the service. I service provided by ms.nima and she went on to attend someone else in between the services. I m shocked with the horrible place and have attached photos for reference. When asked to manager she was really helpless with rude behaviour of her staff. I really feel pitty for the manager Nirzari. Nirzari tried her best but couldn't control the tantrums of Ms.Nima saying mere 100rs woh eyebrows kite woh madam se lelena. Like seriously !! I was so furious that i literally have to burt out k bhai koe aakar mera kam finish krdo so that i can leave. Next was the towel offered so damn unhygienic. Plz see rge image attached. Instead I was assigned with Mr.Vinod, who did the best job possible and showed some courtesy by offering a fresh towel. Atleast thnkful to Mr.Vinod, 👍🏻"
