"Very disappointing service. We paid ₹23,000 in total for bridal and makeup services, but the quality was not good. My daughter’s bridal makeup (₹18,000) was poorly done. There was no separate person for hair and makeup, which caused delays. Her requests were also not properly considered. My makeup and hairstyle (₹5,000) were also not done well and lacked finishing. Overall, it did not feel professional and was not worth the money. Very unhappy with the experience."

"Very disappointing experience. I attended my cousin’s wedding and saw everything closely. The bridal makeup (₹18,000) was not done properly and looked unprofessional. There was no separate person for hair and makeup, which caused delays. Even after multiple requests, changes were not made as per the bride’s preference. The hairstyle also lacked finishing. My aunt’s makeup and hair (₹5,000) were also poorly done. Overall, the service was not worth ₹23,000. Expected much better on such an important day."

"Very disappointing experience. I felt extremely upset on my wedding day. I paid ₹18,000 for bridal makeup, but the quality was very poor. There was no separate person for hair and makeup, which caused a lot of delay. Even after requesting multiple times to change my eyeshadow, it was ignored. The hairstyle was badly done with no finishing, and I wasn’t even asked for my preference. My mother’s makeup and hair (₹5,000) were also very poor. Overall, the work looked unprofessional. They were more focused on taking photos than completing my look properly, and even basic things were missing. Completely not worth the ₹23,000. Very disappointed."
