I wanted a completely new look this time, and I was assigned to Kalpesh bhai. What an amazing experience! He didn't just cut my hair, he took the time to understand what I was looking for, suggested a style that would suit me, and guided me throughout the process. They take proper time to understand what you want before starting, which is a good thing. Services are good and mostly consistent, whether it’s haircut, styling, or grooming. The products they use feel premium, and hygiene is well maintained. Pricing is on the higher side compared to local salons, but you’re paying for the brand experience and service quality. Sometimes there can be a bit of waiting during peak hours, so better to book in advance. Overall, a reliable option if you’re looking for a neat, professional salon experience in the university area"

"I booked a pedicure at Enrich Salon, University Area, expecting a premium and relaxing experience. Instead, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing salon visits I’ve ever had. To begin with, they assigned me to the wrong therapist despite my booking, simply blaming it on a “retail application glitch.” That’s an internal issue and shouldn’t become the customer’s inconvenience. The therapist himself was polite and did a good job, so this review is not about him. The real problem is the salon’s complete lack of professionalism and customer experience. The pedicure area is terribly designed. It’s right next to the washrooms, with doors constantly opening and closing. Staff members were continuously chatting, others were walking around talking loudly on their mobile phones, and to make things worse, the salon’s storage area is also located in the same space. Employees were constantly coming in and out to take products, repeatedly opening and closing cupboards throughout my service. There was a never-ending stream of movement and noise. There was absolutely no sense of privacy, calm, or relaxation. To make matters worse, the receptionist (I don’t wish to mention her name) actually walked into the service area during my pedicure and asked the therapist, “Still how much time is left?” Seriously? How can you interrupt an ongoing service like that? It felt as if finishing the service quickly was more important than the customer’s experience. Completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful. The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly either, making the entire experience even more uncomfortable. A pedicure is supposed to be about peace and relaxation. Instead, during my 35-minute service, I genuinely don’t think my ears had even 10 seconds of silence. Constant noise from washroom doors, cupboard doors, staff conversations, mobile phone calls, people walking in and out for products, and continuous activity around the area made it impossible to relax. It honestly felt more like sitting in a busy office back room than in a premium salon. Enrich was once known for premium service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the quality standards have deteriorated drastically. The ambience no longer matches the prices they charge, and the overall customer experience is far from premium. A truly pathetic experience. I walked in expecting relaxation and walked out feeling more stressed than when I arrived. Unless Enrich completely rethinks the layout of this service area and improves its staff discipline and customer etiquette, I won’t be returning or recommending this branch to anyone."
