"I had a wonderful experience at this salon in Ahmedabad and would highly recommend it. From the moment I walked in, I received a very warm and pleasant welcome. The salon was extremely clean and hygienic, which immediately put me at ease. Even the toilets were modern, spotless, and very well maintained — a detail that truly reflects their high standards. I enjoyed a relaxing pedicure with Muskan, who was absolutely excellent. The pressure during the foot massage was just perfect — not too light, not too strong — and it felt incredibly soothing. I also had a facial with Dharmista. She seemed like a trainee who was being guided by the owner, but she honestly gave her 100%. She was very sincere, attentive, and clearly eager to do her best. What truly stood out was the owner, Rita. She personally checked my skin for sensitivity and took the time to advise me on the most suitable facial. She carefully noticed my acne and pigmentation concerns and recommended a facial that worked beautifully — I could visibly see a reduction in redness from acne and improvement in pigmentation afterward. Rita also ensured that professional standards and client privacy were strictly maintained at all times. She trained and reminded the staff to keep the curtains properly shut and the lights appropriately off during treatments, which made me feel very comfortable and respected as a client. It’s clear that Rita is extremely passionate about her salon and about maintaining high standards. While the staff may not always appreciate her being firm or corrective in the moment, her guidance and discipline will surely benefit them in the long run, especially when they move on to other salons. Overall, the experience was relaxing, professional, and very thoughtfully managed. You can genuinely feel the care, expertise, and attention to detail here. I will definitely be visiting again and recommending this salon to others."

"I recently visited this salon for body waxing and a facial, and I had such a relaxing experience. The techniques used were excellent — I felt at ease throughout the entire session. The products used were clearly premium and of great quality, which made a noticeable difference. Sheetal did an amazing job — she was extremely attentive, constantly checking if the wax temperature was comfortable and if the massage pressure suited me. Her professionalism and sweet nature really stood out. I came here on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. Rita aunty was incredibly warm and welcoming, making sure throughout that all my treatments were going smoothly. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommended!"

"Went there for a quick hairwash and blow dry via pre-booked appointment.The salon is on 1st floor of the complex , easily accessible by stairs/lift. It's clean and well maintained.Miss dharmishta provided me with these services. She showed me the catalogue and asked which hairwash I preferred and what it's price will be. Everything was asked and pre-informed to me. She even did bit of scalp and neck massage which was very relaxing. Blow dry was perfect. Lasted for 2 whole days. Owner is also warm and friendly. Overall satisfied with the service provided here."

"Worst experience ever. The owner was such a rude person, no manners to talk, no sense to talk and was absolutely. No professionalism at all. Wouldn't recommend this to someone looking for a professional salon. Hope they improve their ethics and customer care in future. Really unprofessional"

"I had visited for eyebrows, the very moment I entered they came with bill book to show me the rates and I said ok after I saw it. But the owner again asked if I had looked at the rates. I found this wierd. Secondly the cost is way too high, a simple threading is 150 + gst. Upon this when I was paying the amount I had to ask for bill since she was charging gst upon the rate in her rate card. This is common sense that if you are charging gst you have to provide customer with proper invoice. I think they are fooling customers with this gst thing."
