""I've heard a lot about Decent Hair Care, but my experience was very disappointing. Even though I'm a regular customer and arrived exactly on time at the branch, they still refused to provide the service. It's disappointing to see such poor treatment of loyal customers. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and improves their customer service.""
