"“I used to recommend this salon to all of my friends, honestly, because previously my experiences here were amazing. I’ve had numerous services myself and even got some of my friends to attend because the staff used to be competent, friendly and considerate. Unfortunately this visit was the complete opposite. I had a confirmed appointment, but the front desk lady had no record of it. To make matters worse he wasn't even dressed for the job. No uniform, just an unbuttoned shirt half way down and acting as if I have come to ask for street style pizza. This is a salon where a big portion of your clientele are ladies and basic decency and professional presentation should be the bare minimum. You literally market yourself as a luxury salon! But the largest problem was the constant pressure to buy more services. I know salons have targets and offers to meet but there is a big difference between enlightening a customer and pushing sales down their throat. I said no to the hair spa about three times during my haircut and then again at the reception but the stylist kept on pushing even after my hair wash saying it “only would take a while.” I am waiting for him to put conditioner and he is just trying to sell me. His behaviour also changed after I denied the services. Like he wanted to get done with me. Why is it so hard to accept a simple "no"? “A customer shouldn’t have to keep defending their decision. Plus, the stylist kept going on about how horrible my hair was, even though I’d explicitly said I was on a dandruff treatment at the moment which was damaging my hair momentarily. Three months before, Enrich had refused to do any chemical treatment on my hair and just told me to use professional shampoo, and here I was being made to believe over and over that my hair was an issue that needed pricey services. Honestly it seemed more like a sales tactic than expert advise. I asked for face-framing layers twice and was told no, because since I wanted to keep my overall length he couldn’t reduce the front areas. That reasoning is simply not reasonable. All stylists do it without any issue, I have never heard that face framing would need to chop off the rest of my hair or he cannot face frame my hair. I had a feeling I wasn’t being heard at all. You guys literally posted my pictures a year ago on your Instagram page! I didn't leave delighted with my haircut, I left upset, stressed and disappointed. It was such a bad service. This is not the kind of service I used to get at this salon. Please make sure your workers are trained to be reasonably professional in look and demeanor, to show respect for customers, to listen to what the client genuinely wants to hear, and to realize that “no” is a full answer."
