"Thanks for the prompt reply. We were excited to apply Loreal hair color and also did so twice. But I think, the vendor failed to apply the same brand or catered some other brand and just because of that reason, even after applying the hair color twice, the hair turned grey on the area Loreal(strongly doubt) color was applied. I understand that due to festive season there was a heavy rush, the required time for the application of hair color might have been cut short and the outcome was negative. We got Loreal hair color applied on my daughters hair from another vendor and we are happy with the positive result. Now, the question arises, the previous vendor prepared the hair color behind the screen and this vendor prepared the hair color in front of me, so which one is the original Loreal hair color and which vendor is an actual experienced hair application specialist."

"I had visited this salon for global hair highlighting colour service for my daughters. Despite paying a significant amount, the results were extremely disappointing. The salon staff misinformed us about our daughters' hair type, claiming one had silky hair and the other had dry hair. This information was only disclosed after the payment was made. The color treatment was ineffective, and multiple visits were required, causing significant inconvenience. To add to the frustration, the brand of hair color used was unclear. Overall, the service was subpar and misleading. I would strongly advise against choosing this salon for hair coloring services."
